"Smooth Payment Experience"
my experience using NiiHAi was good. The payment process was smooth, the page looked secure, and I didn’t run into any weird popups or redirects, which is a big thing for me. I also got my confirmation email quickly. The only thing I’d say is I wish there was a little more info shown before paying, just for extra peace of mind. Overall, it was a solid experience and I’d give it 4 stars...

"Good stuff, but shipping adds up"
Overall, I’m happy with it, the stuff itself is good and I don’t really have any complaints there. The only thing that stood out was the shipping cost, which felt a bit pricey. Maybe it’s because of where I live or the package size, I’m not totally sure, but it definitely added more than I expected.

"Fell Apart Too Quickly"
I was really disappointed with this order. After only a few wears, the seams started coming apart, so it definitely didn’t last like I expected. I’m sure other customers would feel the same way if they ran into this issue. I won’t be buying this again...

The fabric is definitely on the thinner side, which I wasn’t super thrilled about at first. But it’s still comfortable enough to wear, so I don’t totally hate it. Kind of disappointing, but also not a dealbreaker.

I’m too mentally drained to overthink it, but these were comfy enough overall. The only thing that bothered me was the fit felt a little tight, so I don’t know if I’d reach for them all the time...

My order showed up with pretty much everything I picked, although one of the colors was different from what I chose. At first I was like, eh, not a big deal, but actually it was kind of annoying since I did pick that color for a reason. Shipping was okay though, nothing amazing but not bad either

"Support basically left me hanging"
I tried reaching out to niihai.com customer support a few different times about my order, it felt like I was just being ignored. The first email I sent didn’t get any response at all, so I waited a bit and figured maybe it got missed or they were busy. Then I sent another message, trying to explain the situation again and just asking for a basic update, but the reply I got wasn’t helpful, if you can even call it a real reply. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just some kind of clear answer about what was going on with my order. It’s really frustrating when you’ve already paid and you’re stuck checking your inbox, wondering if anyone is actually going to help. Based on this experience, I don’t think I’d order from them again, because if this is how they handle simple customer questions, it’s not worth the stress.

The site was okay overall, though I did feel a little unsure at first because a few things I was hoping to find weren’t available. I would’ve felt better if there were more options or maybe clearer alternatives suggested. That said, I did end up finding a few other choices that worked, so it wasn’t too bad in the end.

"Really disappointed with the quality!!!"
I was let down when my order arrived!!! The seams were uneven, there were loose threads all over the place, and the whole thing just looked rushed!!! It didn’t really match the photos, and for what I paid, it felt kind of cheap!!! I tried to give it a chance, but the quality just wasn’t there!!! I definitely wouldn’t order again!!!

"Felt overpriced to me"
Maybe I’m just a little picky when it comes to getting my money’s worth, but this really didn’t feel worth the price. For what I got, I expected a lot more.

I asked for a refund and ended up waiting way longer than I expected. The wording made it sound like the process would be simple and quick, which was misleading. Replies came in slowly, and when they did, they weren’t very helpful. the whole thing was frustrating and kind of annoying.

The communication was frustrating. I’d ask something and then just sit there waiting days for a reply, and when I finally got one, it still wasn’t really clear. Like, why is it so hard to just answer a simple question? The whole back-and-forth felt way more exhausting than it needed to be

I ended up cancelling my order on niihai, and yeah, it did go through eventually. I just had this kind of uneasy feeling because it took longer than I expected to get a clear reply from support. They were polite and all, so I can’t really complain too much, but it definitely wasn’t the quickest experience. I got my money back in the end, which was the main thing

This said it was delivered, but I didn’t actually get my package until like two days later. That was confusing.

I tried to look up the return policy before placing an order, and it just annoyed me. It’s not clear what can actually be returned, how to return it, or what the rules are supposed to be. That’s on them, not the customer. If I’m spending money online, I shouldn’t have to dig around and guess what happens if something doesn’t work out. It made me lose trust in the site fast.

"Good stuff, but shipping tested my patience"
I ordered from niihai and my items did eventually show up, so no major complaints there. The only thing is the shipping was slower than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, which was kind of frustrating. I usually stick with brands I already trust because I know what to expect, so trying niihai had me a little torn. The order wasn’t a bad experience, just not exactly smooth or quick. I’d probably buy again if I really liked something, but only if I’m not in a rush...

I’m disappointed. I only used it for two days and it already broke. Maybe I just got a bad one, but that feels way too soon, right?
